General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of receipt of goods to our Cimbebacia 11 Showroom.
Stock may be returned for a refund within 21 days of the purchase date, subject to a handling fee charge of N$ 150.00.
All items need to be returned in the original packaging and not damaged in any way.
No refunds or credits will be issued on sale items.
Goods need to be returned in their original packaging and not damaged or open in any way as per our terms and conditions.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Credits can only be passed once goods have been received and assessed by our inspectors.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 – 14 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 – 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 – 2 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 – 7 business days).

Return Policy - Deckz and Wallz Products only
Orders may be cancelled only if done so in writing and agreed to by the Supplier.
Orders requiring materials that need to be specifically ordered cannot be cancelled.
Any items which are over-ordered can be returned to Zest Home within 7 days provided that the product is in its original packaging and in good condition.
No cash refunds will be granted. A credit will be allocated to your account.
No sale items are refundable.
